After three years of negotiations with city officials on the issue of hygiene, a 'cat cafe' was opened for the first time in the city of Vienna, Austria, Friday (04/05/2012). Cafe called 'Cafe Neko' Vienna was opened by a Japanese citizen named Takako Ishimitsu (47). The word 'neko' itself means 'cat' in Japanese. Visitors can mingle with five cats, each named Sonja, Thomas, Moritz, Luca and Momo, who roam freely in the cafe. (Photo: REUTERS / Leonhard Foeger) viva
